Translating requirements into implementation

Bridging the gap between external expectations and the organizational structures that make them operational.

The Challenge

Policies, regulations and sustainability standards often establish what organizations are expected to achieve without prescribing exactly how those expectations should be operationalized.

  • 01What applies?
  • 02What information is required?
  • 03Who is accountable?
  • 04What processes and controls are needed?
  • 05How can compliance be demonstrated?

My Role

I analyzed and operationalized requirements across 10+ sustainability, climate and regulatory frameworks and standards, translating external expectations into practical governance structures, data requirements, controls and reporting processes.

  • GHG Protocol
  • ISSB
  • GRI
  • SASB
  • TCFD
  • UN SDGs
  • OSFI B-15
  • CDP
  • SBTi
  • ISO 14001
